Obtaining a License
A License to operate a Licensed Post Office can be obtained only by;
  • the transfer of the right to operate a License from an existing Licensee (generally, Licensees who wish to assign advertise in a major newspapers);

    • or
  • Responding to an Australian Post advertisement for a new outlet or a former corporate outlet.
in all cases, Australia Post must approve the prospective Licensee.
